Key Details: 

  • Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 annually DOE 
  • Bilingual Pay Policy: Additional hourly differential available upon passing language proficiency test 
  • Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, with four days onsite and one remote day
  • Location: Onsite at our offices located at: 18633 SE Stark Street, Portland, OR 

Who You Are:  

  • 3+ years of HR experience 
  • Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, OFLA, and Paid Leave Oregon 
  • Strong communicator and highly organized 
  • Experience with HRIS systems 
  • Maintains confidentiality and sound judgment 

Bonus: 

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) 
  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Administer benefits and support open enrollment 
  • Manage leave programs (FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon) 
  • Support employee relations and investigations 
  • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding 
  • Assist with payroll processes 
  • Maintain HR records and compliance 
  • Support audits, reporting, and training
